Owen Caissie was born in Burlington, Canada, on July 8, 2002. He played high school baseball at Notre Dame High School in Burlington, ON. He was the second-ranked outfielder and the third overall player in Ontario in 2020. He played on Canada’s Junior National Team as well. Caissie was the 40th-ranked outfielder nationally and the 236 ^th overall player. He committed to play college baseball at the University of Michigan.
